Biography

Professor McElwee has taught law at Capital for 20 Years. He is a classical scholar, and as director of Globe Tours, Inc. he has organized and led dozens of tours to Europe (especially the classical countries, Greece, Italy) Turkey, and the Middle East. Professor McElwee enjoys cliff and springboard diving.
